Outrun Online Arcade is one of my favourite Sega racers, and a quality title on both the XBLA and European PSN networks -- but sadly it's time is almost up.
According to Eurogamer the game has already been removed from the European PSN Store, and speaking to Sega they've found out just why that is -- the Ferrari License. Another Ferrari title, Ferrari The Race Experience, was released a couple of weeks ago on PSN, which likely quickened the games' death on the console.
The game still seems to be available for the Xbox Live Arcade, so if you haven't grabbed it already I suggest you do now.
[Update: Eurogamer have updated their original article. The XBLA version is all good up until December 2011, so no need to rush... but you should probably grab it anyway.]
