Armed with the game's robust toolset and presumably a lot of time to work on something like this, LittleBigPlanet 2 beta tester Raphael build a level that looks ripped from iD Software's seminal Wolfenstein 3D in the upcoming PS3 title.
Moving around the environment and through doors looks a bit strange, but it's impressive to see a first-person shooter created with the tools, as most people who played the original LBP to create sidescrolling platformers or less ambitious 2D/2.5D experiences.
Developer Media Molecule has promised that LBP2's new tools allow content-makers to construct games in a variety of genres, like racers, shoot'em ups, action/adventure titles, and even cooking simulators! The game is scheduled to release for PS3s in January 2011.
